What’s in a name? The Modiv brand expresses our drive to work with clients who are motivated by innovation, sustainability, and progress.

Modiv provides a range of print and digital creative services for clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies, to small businesses, start-ups, and mission-driven organizations.

While our client base and their design needs are diverse, our clients choose our studio for one common reason: we consistently deliver reliable and responsive creative services and solid results.

Caffeinate. Create. Rest. Repeat. Hard work is rewarded. Modiv has received notable design industry awards, including the prestigious Type Directors Club Award of Excellence and the American Institute of Graphic Arts 50/50 Award for Best Book Cover Design in America.

Annual reports and marketing materials developed for Amtrak Capitol Corridor have twice been honored with American Public Transportation Association (APTA) AdWheel Awards and a Transportation Marketing & Communications Association (TMCA) Compass Award. Modiv’s corporate sustainability report design for Aimco was recognized by PR News as a finalist for Annual Report of the Year.

In 2019, our work for the quarterly magazine 3rd Act captured both the gold, silver and bronze medals in the National Mature Media Awards, the nation’s largest awards program that annually recognizes the best marketing, communications, educational materials and programs for adults age 50 and older.

A recycling awareness campaign which included billboards, bus shelter posters, full size truck wraps and direct mail in the San Francisco area, produced in collaboration with public relations firm Singer Associates, was named a finalist for the PR News Environmental Stewardship Award.

Modiv’s newsletter redesign for the medical organization AllCare received a 2015 Healthcare Marketing Award. This is the largest healthcare advertising awards competition and one of the ten largest of all advertising awards in the nation.
