Gap Inc. is one of the largest national clothing retailers, and also has one of the most progressive hiring and training programs in the industry. The company invests heavily in onboarding, career development and retention through innovative in-store courses and motivational workshops. Modiv designed the branding and packaging for training kits that were distributed to nearly 1,000 stores in North America. The kits included training manuals and posters as well as awards and interactive games to drive employee engagement.
