Modiv works with prominent Bay Area environmental organizations to create print publications, digital marketing campaigns, and branding. Quarterly newsletters for the Midpeninsula Open Space District highlight conservation efforts in the numerous South Bay nature preserves managed by the organization. Modiv also designed a unique logo for each preserve. Citizens for Eastshore Parks works to expand pubic parks along the East Bay shoreline, and has launched a monthly newspaper to highlight their efforts. Save Mount Diablo protects undeveloped land in the 90,000 acre Mount Diablo State Park. Modiv redesigned their quarterly magazine to introduce dramatic photography and a dynamic typographic refresh.
