The company invests heavily in onboarding, career development and retention through innovative in-store courses and motivational workshops. Modiv designed branding, publications and packaging for training kits that were distributed to nearly 1,000 Old Navy stores throughout North America. Kits included training manuals and magazines, posters as well as interactive games to drive employee engagement.
